Everyone enters before anything is drawn.
Purchases form one closed batch. Once the fixed close arrives—or every journey is claimed—the paid roster is publicly committed. Only then do we select a future drand beacon and match the whole batch at once. Buying earlier, later, or from another device cannot improve the draw.
